HR Specialist
As an HR Specialist focusing on Expertise in the areas of Development and Total Rewards, you will play a crucial role in shaping our employee experience. You will be part of designing and implementing strategies that enhance employee experience, foster their development and performance, as well implement innovative programs to attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the design and execution of development programs aimed at enriching employee skills and knowledge.
Actively participate in the deployment and follow-up of personalized employee development plans, empowering individuals to steer their professional journey.
Design and implement initiatives focused on elevating employee engagement and satisfaction.
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the employee life cycle by identifying and introducing innovation in HR processes.
Collaborate on the creation and implementation of total rewards initiatives geared towards driving performance and enhancing retention.
Maintain organizational charts and regularly update job descriptions to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Support the development and review of new and existing policies, procedures, and guidelines within the HR domain.
Contribute to the enhancement of HR management systems, ensuring they align with organizational objectives.
Support the deployment of HR Internal processes (Performance Reviews, Training & Development, Salary Review, etc.)
Conduct statistical analysis and generate reports to provide valuable insights that support informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 Years experience in HR, with a focus on expertise development and/or compensation.
Familiarity with compensation analysis and market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and analytically driven
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) – SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms
English proficiency is mandatory.
